The Board has issued its decision on an application from Steve R. Murphy's Auto Services Ltd. and WSK Investments Ltd., requesting an investigation into whether current wholesale margins for gasoline and diesel are just and reasonable. The Board has decided:
- that the wholesale margin shall remain unchanged, and that the key issue can be better addressed by adjusting the clean fuel adjustor.
- to approve a revised methodology for calculating the clean fuel adjustor. It will take effect on January 9, 2026.
- that the clean fuel adjustor amounts will be reviewed after December 31, 2026, unless otherwise ordered by the Board.
